We offer a year-round riding lesson program for beginners through advanced students. Riding facilities include an indoor arena, a lighted sand jumping ring, two additional all-weather rings, hunt courses, and trails.

The lesson program is geared to produce a rider that is confident in the show ring and in the hunt field.

 

Lesson size/cost

Lesson students are placed, according to their level of experience, in groups of three to six riders. Entry-level students advance more quickly with private lessons before joining a group. The riding time and cost per lesson depends on the number of students participating:

• Group (3 or more students) - one hour - $40

• Semi-private (2 students) - forty five minutes - $45

• Private (1 student) - thirty minutes - $50.

Additional Information

Students are encouraged to arrive well in advance of their lesson to help groom and tack-up their horse. Time should also be allowed to put the horse away after the lesson.

Lessons are scheduled on Monday and Saturday mornings through afternoon and then weekday evenings after school. Additional times may also be arranged.
